Theoretically, Sam's best move would probably be to put up Brittany and Sofia. Sofia for being the biggest competition threat left to him, and Brittany for being the biggest social threat left to him. However, I suspect he won't put Brittany up, and from a personal point of view, hope he doesn't. In his position, I wouldn't blame him, though that could be because of Brittany and I being close, even with her evicting me (though frankly, me going comes down more to Sam putting me up in the first place, and stuff).

I think that frankly, and to be Frank, that my momma told me not to worry about my size because I have to admit, that although it's hard to admit, that boys like a little more booty to hold at night. Those noms kinda make sense at least. Sam's probably mostly trying to set himself up to have the biggest chance of winning the Final 4 Veto, which Sofia's most likely to win if she's still around. Then again, she could win this one too, but you may as well at least take the shot up front.
